About Ouzoud Trip

Ouzoud Trip is a site published and run by Oueldelam Mohamed, who publishes independent guides on the Ouzoud Waterfalls and offers direct trip booking for over 8+ years. We're not a middleman platform: every booking goes straight through our own team, with no marketplace commission.

Our Ground Partner: Itinerance Plus

On-the-ground client handling — drivers, guides and trip logistics — is carried out by our local partner Itinerance Plus, a licensed travel agency based in Marrakech. Itinerance Plus does not own the Ouzoud Trip website: it operates the trips booked through this site.

This separation of roles is deliberate: it keeps the editorial line independent, not driven by purely commercial pressure, while relying on an experienced ground agency for the actual execution of trips — drivers, vehicles, local guides, and handling day-of surprises.

Our Team on the Ground

Our local drivers and guides, mobilized by our partner Itinerance Plus, know the road between Marrakech and Ouzoud inside out. Several of them come up again and again in our travelers' reviews — Salah, Hamid, Tarzan, Ismaël, and Houssine — for their knowledge of the site, their fluency in several languages (French, English, Spanish, Italian), and how they guide the group on the way down to the falls.

Every driver operates a recent, air-conditioned, regularly serviced vehicle (Minibus or Minivan depending on group size) and personally knows the best times to avoid crowds on the trail and catch the viewpoints in good light.
